Project Role:
As Interior Design Project Manager and Lead Artist, I guided this project from concept through completion.
Designed and executed a custom biophilic art installation for the Earth Room walls & ceilings.
In collaboration with the project’s interior designer, I oversaw installation of quartz floors with integrated LED lighting and customized shelf for room use products.
Collaborated directly with the plaster artist, guiding color direction, movement & shape along with on-site meetings to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and finish.
Behind the Scenes: Installing the Earth Room
This project reflects my ability to merge design vision with construction execution. I coordinated across multiple trades- including electrical, flooring engineering, plaster specialists, and contractors- while simultaneously executing the full biophilic art installation. From developing wall and ceiling treatments to guiding custom quartz flooring with integrated lighting, I ensured all moving parts came together seamlessly. The Earth Room embodies my approach: balancing artistry, collaboration, and technical management to create an immersive, one-of-a-kind environment.
